I worked as a UX/UI designer with a product manager, back-end engineers, and front-end engineers.

I helped minimize confusion and stress for students by:
1. Creating clear pre-exam instructions and device check reminders.
2. Simplifying a step-by-step device check process.
3. Adding a troubleshooting page for error resolution.
4. Developing a mobile app for students without computer access.
5. Preparing the mobile app for future implementation of dual and independent proctoring.

I optimized exam review process for proctors by:
1. Creating PDF and electronic reports, categorized by classes and students.
2. Adding filtering and pagination features for faster access to relevant reports.
3. Including brief statistics for a quick overview of exam results.
4. Enabling jump-to-moment functionality in video reports.
5. Including proctor monitoring of device checks before exams.
6. Building proctor approval system for profile photo changes, minimizing errors.

During my time working on Aeroproctoring project, I learned so, so much!

  • I learned the importance of a mentor, especially in the beginning of the career

  • I learned that asking questions doesn't make you look stupid. It can actually really help you grow your skills and expertise as a professional.

  • Test and ask the user first. It took me a mistake to understand that there are features that don't play really play a role and it might be a waste of time.
