I worked as a UX/UI designer with a product manager, back-end engineers, and front-end engineers.
I conducted user research, created visual design, prototyping, and usability testing using tools like Figma, Jira, Miro, Notion, and paper.

1. Creating clear pre-exam instructions and device check reminders.
2. Simplifying a step-by-step device check process.
3. Adding a troubleshooting page for error resolution.
4. Developing a mobile app for students without computer access.
5. Preparing the mobile app for future implementation of dual and independent proctoring.

3. Including brief statistics for a quick overview of exam results.
4. Enabling jump-to-moment functionality in video reports.

After user interviews, we identified the need for a fully independent exam platform. This platform will enable exam creation, taking, and proctoring while integrating with various Learning Management System (LMS) platforms.
Existing functionalities like report generation will remain, but new features will be added, including independent registration and login, payment processing, live and double proctoring, and premium options. Mockups have been designed, but further development and testing are required to implement the new system.

I learned the importance of a mentor, especially in the beginning of the career
I learned that asking questions doesn't make you look stupid. It can actually really help you grow your skills and expertise as a professional.
Test and ask the user first. It took me a mistake to understand that there are features that don't play really play a role and it might be a waste of time.
